Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is included in the charter fee?

Every charter includes fuel fee, cleaning fee, ice, bottled water, coolers, bluetooth stereo and rafts/floats for swimming.

2. Can we bring alcohol on board?

Yes, alcohol is allowed, however no glass bottles. Hard liquor bottles must be secured.

3. What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain, we will do our best to reschedule your charter to a later date or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Can we swim during the charter?

Swimming is allowed at the Captain's discretion and only in designated safe areas.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds if cancelled up to 30 days before charter date, 50% refund of booking 15-29 days before charter date, cancellations within 14 days of charter are non refundable ($500 deposit fully refundable regardless of cancellation).

6. What if someone in our group is behaving inappropriately?

We reserve the right to end the charter if there is any guest behaving inappropriately, violating our safety policies or excessively intoxicated, without refund.

7. Can we extend our charter?

Yes!  If scheduling allows, we would be happy to extend your charter for additional hourly fees.
